The Brief

The Belt and Road Summit is Hong Kong’s flagship platform for international collaboration under the Belt and Road Initiative. For the 2025 edition, CCG was entrusted with managing the Development Bureau’s booth in collaboration with HKTDC, showcasing Hong Kong’s strengths in infrastructure, innovation and international partnerships. The booth served as a key engagement point for stakeholders, government representatives and global investors. At the same summit, CCG was also appointed to design and produce the booth for BTRi.

The CCG Way

For the Development Bureau, CCG delivered end-to-end booth management. Our creative team developed custom 2D and 3D booth concepts tailored to the Bureau’s messaging and branding, while our copywriters crafted content communicating its policy direction, vision and key achievements. We also produced video content for the booth to bring these stories to life for visitors.

On the execution side, CCG managed full production and logistics, from fabrication through to onsite setup. Our team liaised closely with HKTDC and vendors to align timelines, approvals and technical requirements, and provided operational oversight throughout the event to ensure a smooth visitor experience and fully functioning booth.

For BTRi, CCG delivered tailored 2D and 3D design concepts reflecting the client’s identity and objectives, and managed end-to-end fabrication and installation to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Managing two booths for different clients within the same exhibition, CCG gave each client dedicated attention while coordinating shared resources, vendors and timelines across both projects.
