Patrick is the Head of Client Relationship for CCG. He is responsible for handling daily enquiries and tasks for clients from a range of industries, including private banks, insurance companies, fund houses, and universities. As the head of a major department in CCG, the services employed by Patrick’s team include typesetting, design, printing production, translation, editing and copywriting, and website production.

With over 14 years of experience in the PR industry, Patrick is an excellent communicator and has a sharp eye when it comes to understanding how to fulfil a client’s needs. He specializes in coordinating pre-and-post-sales’ activities, such as addressing quality issues and production matters. In addition, Patrick’s calm and detail-minded nature is especially effective when it comes to resolving any and all client complaints in a timely and reliable manner.

Patrick likes to stay active through sports such as badminton and airsoft. He also enjoys board games as a way to have a good time with friends and family.
