Antiquities and Monuments Office: The Majestic Han Exhibition
The Brief
The CCG Way
Rather than treating the exhibition as a one-off launch event, CCG developed a long-term communications strategy designed to sustain public interest throughout the exhibition period. The team identified key cultural festivals, public holidays, school vacation periods and relevant social conversation moments to create multiple news pegs and media engagement opportunities. Leveraging exhibition milestones, featured artefacts, curator insights, educational value and thematic storytelling, CCG continuously refreshed media and KOL narratives to maintain momentum beyond the exhibition opening. Simultaneously, CCG implemented a multi-platform KOL engagement programme across Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat and Weibo, enabling the exhibition to reach diverse communities including culture enthusiasts, families, students, tourists and younger audiences. Through continuous media engagement and content activation, CCG ensured the exhibition remained relevant and visible throughout its entire lifecycle.
