Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Information Systems in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Iris has over 2 years’ worth of experience in PR and digital communication industry that groomed her ability in employer brand building, brand image planning and social media strategy planning and execution.
Prior to joining CCG, Iris was a digital communication officer in Alibaba Group overseeing the group’s official social media accounts across APAC region. Iris has also supported strategic communications initiatives for major business event like the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics, Double 11 Global Shopping Festival, Apsara Conference and Taobao Maker Festival and supports the local consumer PR communication in Hong Kong and Macao.
Iris’s strong project management skills has enabled her to strive for excellence under great pressure and execute multi-market campaigns with localization in different markets in both language and cultural relevance.
