DEVB International Infrastructure and Project Leaders Summit
The Brief
The CCG Way
Given the scale and significance of this government-led initiative, CCG began working with the client a year in advance to ensure clear communication and complete alignment of expectations. Our experienced events and PR team provided strategic advisory support on both the summit programme and its key messages, ensuring consistency between the live experience and the promotional content.
To accommodate a large number of high-level invited guests, CCG managed a complex invitation and registration process, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and VVIPs. We curated an engaging three-day agenda, featuring an opening speech by Mr. Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of the HKSAR, followed by a high-profile dinner, summit sessions, and private site visits. Onsite, our team handled VVIP protocol, streamlined registration, managed the schedule, and oversaw budget control to deliver a smooth, well-orchestrated event.
In parallel, CCG led the full video production process to support the summit’s communication objectives. We partnered with trusted production and design vendors for videography, leveraging longstanding relationships to maintain both quality and cost-effectiveness. Working closely with the production studio, we developed the storyboard, refined the script, and ensured alignment with the client’s preferred tone and key messages. To keep timelines tight, we completed principal filming in one day, supported by carefully selected models and stock footage, all coordinated by our project lead and production team.
Throughout the summit, dedicated staff and technical partners provided audio-visual support, videography, event-host services, and on-the-ground coordination, creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhanced participant engagement and ensured a cohesive experience across both the event and the video content.
