HKIT International Conference on Roads and Railways 2025
The Brief
The CCG Way
CCG acted as the central coordinator among HKIHT, the Highways Department and the Transport and Logistics Bureau, establishing a clear project timeline and programme structure that covered the conference, dinner and site visits. We designed the two-day conference agenda with multiple themed sessions, curated and managed more than 30 local and overseas speakers, and handled topic confirmation, run-downs and technical requirements to keep the programme coherent and on time.
To deliver a smooth delegate journey, CCG implemented an innovative coding system to authenticate guests quickly at reception and managed a complex registration process for high-level delegates and VVIPs, from invitation design and distribution to RSVP tracking and on-site check-in. Our team oversaw stage production and audio-visual set-up, coordinated logistics for both in-person and virtual participation, and planned detailed movements and arrangements for the technical site visits to ensure safety, punctuality and a high-quality experience.
In parallel, CCG developed and executed a focused media strategy to build momentum and maximise visibility. We organised a pre-event press conference, coordinated media invitations and briefing materials, and arranged interviews with key spokespeople. During the event, we managed media attendance at conference sessions and site visits, providing on-the-ground support to facilitate strong and accurate coverage of Hong Kong’s major road and rail projects.
