The Brief
The Centre of Excellence for Major Project Leaders (CoE), under the Development Bureau, aimed to enhance the senior government officials’ capabilities to elevate the performance at major construction and public works projects. The Saïd Business School of the University of Oxford was appointed as the Programme Director.
The CCG Way
Tasked with the event’s strategic planning and advisory, the CCG team delivered all the conceptual designs, from the event’s theme and visual elements, to the Zoom banner, stage production, animation.
The team also coordinated with a video team, who were responsible for handling the equipment rentals and managing the zoom session.
In addition, the CCG team was also responsible for the management of the MC and the technical rehearsal with local and UK speakers.
Results
The Convocation Ceremony was held in November of 2020 successfully. There were 60 senior government officers who joined physically while professors from Oxford joined online and delivered a congratulations speech.
